For my entire life I have not liked yogurt. I even tried Greek yogurt and it was even worse. But a funny thing happened while getting in shape. I love Greek yogurt now. Especially Chobani fruit on the bottom yogurt. Add in a quarter cup of protein granola and I have a snack that really satisfies my hunger. Even with my protein powder and almond milk my morning snack comes in at 405 calories. Yummy!
