This week was good. After a week that was pretty much flat it was nice to get back to some good loss. I’m trying to stay within the 1-1.5 lbs per week range. I am noticing a lot more lose skin so I don’t want to keep up at the 2 lbs per week if I can help it to help my body get used to the weight loss. Body fat is still in the 21-22% range. So close to dropping from the overweight to the normal range. I can feel the difference in my clothes. Was able to put on some 36 inch waist jeans this week.
