Today’s half marathon training consisted of a 4.5 mile run. My average pace was 10’56” which is pretty much in line with how I’ve been running for the past couple of weeks. I was able to maintain just a smidge over that for my 11 mile run on Thursday. I’m thinking I should be well within my comort zone to complete the half marathon in under 2 hours and 30 minutes. Today I ran on the roads to help me simulate the conditions that I will be running in Olathe. I’m getting pumped for the race. GRRRR!
