Happy with this loss. As I get closer to my target goal I don’t want to still see the massive 1.5+ lbs drops I have seen in the past. I want to make sure I’m keeping my lean mass up and only losing the fat. My body fat percentage today dropped to 18% so I’m doing well on that front. Just keeping it going, eating well and exercising. Not ready to stop now. Pushing though to reach my goals.
