Less of a trend this week then in previously weeks but .8 lb loss is still a loss and I’m happy with it. I’m also continuing to hold or increase lean mass which means the loss is almost entirely fat. I’m enjoying the combo of strength training and cardio I have set up for myself. The addition of attending the run club in Lawrence has been great also. Not only am I getting a really good workout but I’m learning to be a more efficient runner. At this time I have a goal of attempting the full marathon at the Garmin Oz Run next spring. I’m still planning on the KC half marathon in the fall. Overall I’m feeling great. Only thing bugging me right now is the increase in my loose skin over the past 4-6 weeks. But I’m going to have to accept that, losing almost half my body weight.
