You don’t have to spend the money to buy protein snack packs. It’s easy to make them yourself. I cook up a couple chicken breasts and season them with some Kickin’ Chicken seasoning. 2 oz of chicken with an ounce of almonds and a light string mozzarella stick makes for the perfect afternoon snack. It satisfies me until dinner time. All this for for just over 300 calories. You can switch up the string cheese and the protein for other options also and still makes a great snack. Try turkey if you don’t need the extra fat for your macros. Quick and easy and you can pack them up for the entire week.
