I am a Runner

So today I am a runner. I know that seems strange to say now but I firmly feel that you are a runner when you feel like one. And that is different for each and every person. Even when I was training and ran my half marathon I felt like a fraud. Like I was pretending to be a runner. But today, after almost a year of taking my first steps from walking to running, I truly feel like a runner. And it’s amazing.
