Afternoon Run: 2.3 miles (10.14/mi)

Trying to get a few more miles in per week so today I went out and ran an easy 2.3 miles from home to Gage and back. I’m going to get back to running at least 3 times a week. Plan on complementing those run with two bike rides and two strength workouts until it gets too cold out. Then I’ll have to change-up my plans to something that works better for the winter.
