Another solid week of weight loss. Trend is still a bit too much weight to quickly. I seem to be able to keep it mostly fat but I’m starting to see my lean mass go down also. Not sure if this is from me actually losing lean mass or if as I’m getting leaner the scale can better determine my body composition. Or maybe it’s a bit of both. Either way I still have 185-190 lbs of lean mass so I’m not too worried just yet. If I fall below 180 lbs of lean mass then I’ll get a bit worried. Hopefully my three days a week of strength training can keep me above that mark.
