Nailed my weight loss trend for this week. I really sailed through the 230’s fast. Nice to see my trend a little less than the last new weeks. I know that seems weird to want to lose less but I’m really starting to see the affects of the weight loss on my body and I’m trying to midigate the loose skin as much as possible. I can really see it around my midsection and on my thighs. Using vitamin E lotion when I can to hopefully help out with skin elasiticity. Other then that, since I’m older, I can just hope that my skin bounces back. Even if it takes a couple of years. Because I don’t have the money for skin surgery. Not that I’m sure I would want to go thought it anyway.
