Good thing Meliodas young roguish appeal and blond hair always charms Elizabeth!
33. Tamaki (Ouran Highschool Host Club)
Tamaki’s explosive, overreactive, and flamboyant nature, coupled with his blond hair, definitely deserves a spot in our list!
As the leader, co-founder, and president of the Ouran host club, Tamaki takes his hosting duties seriously.
Their host club guests would describe him as someone “princely” for treating them and making them feel like a princess!

He pouts, he cries, he gets jealous, and he’s oblivious towards his feelings for Haruhi!
32. Mary (Kakegurui)
The sadistic, blonde twintail-wearing gambler is up next. Here’s Mary from Kakegurui.

Unfortunately, he’s not happy with the consequences of his strength.
Shizuo actually abhors violence, but he can’t help but fight back due to his short and reactive temper.

This has caused him some self-esteem issues, thinking that someone from a richer family won’t even consider his feelings.
So when he develops a crush on Kaguya, who’s the student council vice-president and daughter of a family that owns a conglomerate, Miyuki is understandably intimidated.
But what he doesn’t know is that Kaguya doesn’t mind dating him – as long as he confesses! What follows is a love war of who will confess first.
23. Tsukishima (Haikyuu)
