Peppa Pig is most famous for her astounding inability to whistle. Second, to that, the little one is known as the titular star of the popular, long-running United Kingdom children’s show Peppa Pig.
The voice of the well-known preschooler changes often; currently, 11-year-old Amelie Bea Smith has the honor after Harley Bird stepped down from the role. You can’t voice a child pig forever when, unlike the character, you get older.

How Old Is Peppa Pig?
Peppa is four years old. All of her playgroup friends are around this age, too, including her best friend Suzy the Sheep. If Peppa aged along with the series, she would be an adult by now, and there would be no show!
We get confirmation of Peppa’s age in the episode “My Birthday Party,” where her pretty lemon cake is topped with four lit candles. While it’s still manageable, the number of candles on a birthday cake represents the age of the person, or pig, celebrating.
What Is Peppa Pig’s Birthday?
In the “My Birthday Party” episode, where Peppa presumably turns four, she is accompanied by her friends of the same age: Candace “Candy” Cat, Suzy “the whistler” Sheep, Pedro Pony, Danny Dog, and Rebecca Rabbit.
A great crowd for a party, to be sure. They all manage to arrive at the Pig household at the exact same time.
Mommy Pig and Daddy Pig gift Peppa a doll’s dress which she promptly places on her teddy; this is the first time we learn teddy’s gender!
The party consists of a magic show put on by The Great Mysterio, who Peppa Pig introduces as Magic Daddy. (Because the magician was Daddy Pig all along. The twists never end on Peppa Pig.)
Magic Daddy Pig performs a trick where he predicts which from a set of three different colored balls a volunteer from the audience chooses. Suzy “the whistler” Sheep participates and selects the red ball.
After guessing blue and yellow, The Great Mysterio is able to correctly guess that Suzy chose the red ball! What a treat for this age-appropriate birthday celebration.
